Established over 15 years ago, Shenzhen Bangyuan Furniture Co., Ltd. is an OEM & ODM manufacturer with a factory area of more than 10,000 square meters. We have rich export experience, serving furniture and lighting clients across diverse scenarios including hotels, engineering projects, bars, event rental companies, restaurants, resorts, shopping malls, cafes and outdoor leisure venues.
We cover over 1,000 mold styles, daily output above 3,000 pieces, 3–7 day sampling, 10–30 day production, and 100% quality control inspection. Certified with CCC, ISO 9001, CE, FCC, RoHS, and EMC. Equipped with rotomolding machines, CNC mold machines, UV printers, punching machines and material distributing machines.
We provide custom rotomolding solutions with aluminum or steel molds, supporting drawing design and mold fabrication. Custom lighting options include single-color, three-color, RGB 16-color and DMX512 control. We use premium imported PE with blended color options. Multiple finishes: in-mold color, water transfer printing, spray painting, hand painting and UV printing. Custom surface treatment for variable matte roughness and optional parting lines.

Our Manufacturing Process
We follow a comprehensive manufacturing process covering mold development, PE housing production, UV printing, lighting assembly, final assembly, and quality inspection. Every stage is carefully controlled to ensure consistent quality, precise craftsmanship, and reliable finished products.
Mold Manufacturing
Mold Production Process: We start with STP design drawings according to customer requirements. Then we carry out precision CNC machining, followed by frame assembly, polishing and testing. After trial molding and adjustments, we deliver qualified finished molds, including aluminum molds and steel molds for rotomolding projects.
Housing Manufacturing Process
Shell Production Process: We weigh raw materials and feed them into the mold. The mold is heated, then air-cooled. After demolding, we trim edges, flame finish the surface, and pack the finished rotomolded shells into bags for shipment.
Lighting Production Process
Lighting Production Process: We assemble the light unit with base shell, light panel and soft diffuser cover. All components are carefully fitted and tested to ensure stable light output. Multiple lighting modes such as single color, 16-color RGB and DMX512 control are available for your rotomolded products.
Final Assembly
Finished Assembly Process: We assemble lights, shells and matching accessories together carefully. Each unit undergoes strict quality checks before packing. Products are loaded into customized export cartons. After final inspection, goods are arranged for shipment to customers worldwide.
UV Printing
UV Printing Service: Customers can supply logo artwork files for our evaluation. We first create printing samples for your confirmation. Once approved, we proceed with mass UV printing on rotomolded parts, delivering sharp, durable patterns to meet your custom branding requirements.

We offer custom design services. You can provide us with sample images or hand-drawn sketches for our team to review. Before beginning mass production, we will create prototype samples for your approval to ensure that the colors and patterns meet your requirements when fulfilling large orders.

We carry out strict quality checks for every stage. New molds are tested by trial runs. Lights undergo repeated charge-discharge aging tests. Shells are inspected for black spots, bubbles, holes and over-burning yellowing. Finished products are assembled and lit up for final shipment testing.
